 Warranty Information

  • Did you break or damage your rod within 30 days of purchase?

    If this happened, we will honor the warranty with proof of purchase. Receipt is required to replace rod under the 30 day warranty.

  • What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?

    Things that would qualify under this category would be if the guides come loose or off, the handle comes apart or the screw downs are non-operable. Manufacturing defects are issues that are NOT due to wear and tear from regular use. Wear and tear damage is not covered under the warranty. Manufacturing warranty claims are valid for up to one year after purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Did your rod fail while reeling in that big catch?

    Our rods are designed to hold up while fighting the toughest of catches! For this, we offer a Lifetime warranty. If your rod breaks in action and you have it documented on video, we will replace your rod at 100%, with no cost to you! Video evidence is REQUIRED, and you must return the broken rod to take advantage of the warranty claim. This is valid as long as you own your rod. Proof of purchase is required.

  • LIMITED/LIFETIME WARRANTY GUIDELINES

    All B. Moore Fishing Co. Rods Are Covered Under Our LIMITED/LIFETIME Warranty With Proof Of Purchase. *All rods are specifically designed for specific styles of fishing. Follow the recommended use for each individual rod.

    LIFETIME:

    Our LIFETIME warranty applies to the original owner of the rod only, for the entire time they own the rod. The LIFETIME warranty ONLY applies if the rod was broken while actively fishing. Proof of purchase is required along with video evidence of the break. You are also giving B. Moore Fishing Co the rights to said footage to be used how they see fit. The break must have occurred WHILE reeling in a fish. Broken rod must also be returned. Replacement of the same rod will be made at no cost to customer. If there is no video evidence, the cost to replace the rod will be $50.00 plus tax.

    LIMITED:

    Our LIMITED warranty applies to the 30 day claim and manufacturing defects for one year.

    The 30 day claim can be used with proof of purchase if anything happens to your rod within the first month of purchase. We will replace your rod for $50.00 plus tax, no questions asked. Proof of purchase is required for claim.

    The manufacturing defect warranty is good for up to 1 Year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claim. Manufacturing defects are NOT issues that are due to wear and tear or improper use. Manufacturing defects are issues that were not caused by the customer; a defect that was made at the time of construction in the factory, that hinders the rod from being fully functional in the way that it was intended. We will replace your rod for no cost to the customer under the manufacturing limited warranty.

    Redemption of warranty must be made directly with B. Moore Fishing Company and may be done so by using the “Contact us” form on our website. *Retailers and Pro-Staff are not responsible for fulfilling warranty.
